I recently got the repress and the noise (statics & pops) is insane. There is even a repeating skip on side b-track 2. It is such a toss up these days regarding quality. That said the music is incredible.

I have the reissue, and mine is fine, no clicks and pops except in one track, but again nothing serious, I guess I was lucky.

Yes I totally agree with the last reviewer, the sound quality is really bad. I thought it was my hifi at first but it is just plain bad. My copy is quite noisy on the first track. The pressing is really bad... was there any quality control?

Sound quality is horrible , first tracks from each side are ok, but the rest is all distorted :( shame, because it is one of the best jazz releases this year
